The courts are managed mainly by judicial discretion. The general public who are not aware of extensive judicial abuse of power and the obligation of the attorney to the court. The individual thinks they are going to engage a professional to protect them from the fraud which the professional is already aware, or will not proceed against under any circumstances. The attorney will not act because he or she does not want to anger the judge which they will have to deal with in the future.

Only after an individual has been deceived, financially devastated by the attorney that they insisted they needed and would pay anything for, do they realize that they have been left destitute, without the remedy they sought. The individual is without any legal assistance because his or her credibility and their case has been severely damaged by the attorney and experts who have now abandoned their client, as his or her funds have been depleted.
